MEDITATION TECHNIQUE

This technique was taught to Diane and I by the late Larry Collins. A Tantric teacher from San Francisco with a Buddhist background. Larry taught us the power of meditation during lovemaking. The basic idea is that throughout intercourse you are in a deep state of meditation, totally present with everything that is happening, 'not missing the valleys' as Larry would say.

This technique involves three aspects - breath release, thought release and muscle release as discussed earlier. This is done in a very relaxed and sensitive style. It is a technique Diane and I love very much because it allows for our full emotional and mental presence without any pressure to perform.

You begin to make love so slowly. Any extraneous thoughts are gently swept across the mind and not given any attention. You breathe in the essence of the experience with the in-breath and release it through the entire body on the out-breath, Aah! This is continued indefinitely, with no beginning and no end throughout the lovemaking, continuously reminding yourself of your breath whenever your mind wanders. There is no hurry. You are not going anywhere, you are just trying to remain totally present in the momentabsorbing every sensation, every smell, every feeling, absorbing the energy. This ejaculation control technique can help you continue to make love for as long as you wish.
