Ask yourself what influence has your upbringing had on your sexuality? Has it been affirmative or has it been repressive? Have you experienced your lovemaking as a spiritual practice; do you integrate mediation, prayer or ritual, and remaining in the present moment ? Try sitting on your own or with your partner for 2-3 minutes doing a breathing practice of harmonising the breath, with focussed awareness on your breath before making love.This simple step is a start. .....I'll bring you more next time....

Tantra traditionally means “to weave or to expand”. Tantra is a philosophy a way of life that includes the 64 arts, tantric sexuality being one of them. Tantric sex draws on aspects of yoga, meditation and the kama sutra. Tantric lovemaking was considered a fine art, a skill for the culturally sophisticated to bring more love and sexual pleasure to their lives to share with their beloved.

Tantra can enable us to expand our awareness and ability to experience love, joy and

pleasure on all levels physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The Australian School of Tantra (ASOT), founded by Kerry and Diane Riley, provides quality education in contemporary tantra, Tantric sexuality, erotic sexuality, relationship and communication skills, Taoist sexuality, Tantric massage, Tantric techniques to enhance and extend sexual pleasure, female orgasm, ejaculation mastery and ejaculation control, whole body orgasm, kama sutra skills for couples, and for women and men to share with current and or future partners. Tantra Teachers of ASOT hold on going workshops and seminars in Sydney and often in Perth, Melbourne, Byron Bay and overseas.

Our vision is to facilitate access to the theories and practices of contemporary tantra, including, relationship connection and sacred sexuality to enhance harmony, fulfillment and transformation for individual and couples.
